This Privacy Policy describes how Perspective Squared carrying on business as Life Legacy Stories (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from users who visit our website at lifelegacystories.com (our “Site”), from people who communicate with us, including but limited to over email or on social media, and from clients who use our services, including our video production services. We understand and greatly value the importance of your privacy. We will only use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

When you make a payment through our Site, we may require you provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, billing address and debit/credit card information.
When you submit an Intake Form for video productions services, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, residential address, phone number, personal information about yourself, including key details about yourself, health and mobility information, photographs, images, voice recordings and video recordings.
When we record you to produce a video you have purchased, we record your image and voice.
When you register an account or subscribe to our newsletter, we require that you provide your name and email address;
When you communicate with us, whether through email, telephone, in-person, social media, in response to our surveys, or other communication platforms, we may collect the contents of any such communications and your contact information, including your name and email address.
We reserve the right to request other types of information in the future.

Information That is Collected Automatically.

When you visit our Site, we may use cookies or other automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your activity on our Site and the equipment you use.
